    EFS Inc Prodigy 32x16, Model FTO-3216, serial number 2010-08-FTO-2 direct fired natural gas single pass oven, 140,0000 BTU, 10in wc gas pressure, 480 V, 3 phase, 60 hz, 16 AMPS, with Sumitomo drive at 179:1 ration, 2 Hp, 9.78 RPM output, 5 Hp drive motor, 32in wide x 28in long, balanced weave wire mesh transfer conveyor, 32in wide compound weave wire mesh oven conveyor, infrared burners, drive control/flame sensor/temp panel with (3) AB Powerflex 3 and 2 Hp Ac drives, LH operator switch control panel, blower to burner proportioning system, dual 12in diameter exhaust/flu stack, insulated hood, doors and cladding/tunnel enclosure, hood lift drive assembly, Hd steel frame construction. Set up for 3-1/2" inlet clearance, 3-1/4" outlet clearance; Max clearance - 5" inlet & 4-3/4" outlet. Previously used in flatbread operation.
